Capturing Documents Attached to E-mail

You can have RSI LogicFlow process the document by attaching it as an attachment to a specific email address if an administrator has created an application that captures email attachments.

Confirm email address

  1. Go to the RICOH user site.

  2. Select RSI LogicFlow.

  3. Find and select an application that can handle email attachments. If there are many applications or you cannot determine the desired one from the name, you may need to ask the administrator for the name of the application.

  4. Select Email Attachment on the left.

  5. You can find the email address.

Send documents as attachments

  1. Send an email with the document attached to the email address confirmed above.

  2. The documents will be processed according to the administrator's preferences.
