Capturing Documents on MFP
Open an application and Login
Tap RSI LogicFlow icon on the MFP’s operation panel.
If this is the first time the MFP is being used, the administrator will need to log on to the MFP using Tenant ID or User ID and Password, or Email address and password. (Once an administrator has logged in to a Tenant on MFP, an administrator from another tenant cannot login to the same MFP).
The administrator will enter the login details.
Select the application you want to use to scan on the MFP’s operation panel.
You’ll need to login. You have the option of logging in with your Tenant ID and User ID, or with your email address.
Scan your documents
Tap Start to scan your documents. Unlike other scanning applications, RSI LogicFlow may not require settings such as resolution and paper size, depending on the contents of the application created by the administrator.
When the application you are using extracts strings or numbers in a document, a screen may appear to confirm the results of the extraction. If the extracted results are incorrect or the required fields are blank, please correct them.
If there is a Confirm Later button, you can confirm and correct the extracted items later from your PC's web browser.
Tap Send if you are satisfied with each setting displayed on the operation panel.
Note:
If you select Confirm Later, the document will not be sent immediately. Please follow the steps below to confirm the contents on your PC's web browser before sending the document.
Go to the RICOH user site on your PC's web browser.
Select Logic Flow.
Select the app you used.
Select Confirmation List.
Confirm, correct, or add information to the items extracted.
Click Send Now to send the document.
