Email

This function sends documents as email attachments. One email will be sent per document in the processing result.

To Address

To address of the email.

It is also possible to specify the email address of the user of the application by entering '#User Email' , which changes dynamically.

You can use any available tags to build email addresses.

 However, email URLs such as mailto: are not supported.

Cc Address

Cc address of the email.

Same as To address

Bcc Address

Bcc address of the email.

Same as To address

Email Subject

The subject of the email.

Text. Extracted data and dynamic data can be used.
Depending on the SMTP servers and email clients, the subject length can potentially be truncated at 128 or 256 characters. It is recommended to carefully consider that limitation when using dynamic data in email subjects, as the RSI LogicFlow user interface doesn't manage it.

File Settings

File Type

File format of the file to be stored. Default value is PDF.

* Turning on Enable File Types with OCR allows you to select PDFs that have been processed with OCR.
** Turning on Enable Additional File Types increases the range of file types you can select.
These additional file types will consume additional credits.

Filename

Filename of the file to be stored.

Only characters allowed as filenames in common operating systems. Extracted data and dynamic data such as dates can be used.
