You can specify whether the limit is enabled or disabled

You can configure settings for users at the user, group, or tenant level. If you configured a limit on all three levels, the setting that was last saved is applied.

Balance

Specifies the upper limit of jobs the administrator can allot to users

When "Enforce Balance Limit" is set to On, the amount of jobs is deducted from "Balance" when a job is executed. The amount is calculated by using the job cost and the conversion rate that is applied to the user.

This can be specified only at the user level. This setting is not available for the group and tenant levels.

On the screen where you clicked Add/Set, select Add Balance or Set Balance, and then enter a value for "Balance".

Maximum value: 999999.9999

  • If you want to increase the balance, enter the amount you want to add to a user's "Balance" in "Balance".

  • If you want to specify the balance, enter the value you want to specify for a user's "Balance" in "Balance".

Selected Cost Allocation

Specifies the conversion rate that is applied to a user when the user executes a job

A scheduled task is a function that executes a task on a user's "Balance" at a scheduled date and time.

You can configure settings for users at the user, group, or tenant level. When you execute a scheduled task at the group or tenant level, the task is executed for all users that belong to the target group or tenant.
