Limiting the amount of jobs to users
You can limit the amount of jobs to users with Control+ quota function.
For each MFP function, you can set an upper limit for the amount of jobs to users as well as the amount per job.
Prerequisites
To set up Control+ quota function, you’ll need a license for reporting (this would be in your contract).
Enabling Control+ quota function
When you specify "Enabled" for "Quota function" on the "Options" screen, the configuration screen displays items to be specified.
Log in to the portal.
Turn Admin Mode to On (the toggle at the top right).
Select the Device Management icon.
On the left-hand navigation, select Options.
Select Enabled for Quota function, and then click Save.
Click OK.

Assigning an limitation on an individual user basis
You can assign permissions to use the multifunction printer/copier to individual users registered in the tenant. You can also assign permissions to a locked user.
Log in to the portal.
Turn Admin Mode to On (the toggle at the top right).
Select User Management.
On the Edit User screen, select Open on Set user permissions.
Select the type of user permissions using the guidance above.
Select OK.
Assigning an limitation on a batch basis for the tenant
Log in to the portal.
Turn Admin Mode to On (the toggle at the top right).
Select User Management.
Select the menu button.
Select Set user permissions for scan and print functions.
Select the type of user permissions using the guidance above.
Select OK.

Log in to the portal.
Turn Admin Mode to On (the toggle at the top right).
Select Group Management.
On the Edit Group screen, select Open on Set user permissions.
Select the type of user permissions using the guidance above.
Select OK.
Configuring limitation
Configure settings by logging in to the General Setting Management of RICOH Cloud Service as the tenant administrator.
What you can configure will vary depending on how you configure settings.

Balance | Specifies the upper limit of jobs the administrator can allot to users When "Enforce Balance Limit" is set to On, the amount of jobs is deducted from "Balance" when a job is executed. The amount is calculated by using the job cost and the conversion rate that is applied to the user. This can be specified only at the user level. This setting is not available for the group and tenant levels. On the screen where you clicked Add/Set, select Add Balance or Set Balance, and then enter a value for "Balance". Maximum value: 999999.9999

Configures a scheduled task
A scheduled task is a function that executes a task on a user's "Balance" at a scheduled date and time.
You can configure settings for users at the user, group, or tenant level. When you execute a scheduled task at the group or tenant level, the task is executed for all users that belong to the target group or tenant.
Configure each item on the screen where you clicked Create Scheduled Task or on the screen where you clicked Edit in the scheduled task list.
Task Name | Specifies a task name to be displayed on the scheduled task list

Description | You can enter a description to distinguish the scheduled tasks details.

Interval | Specifies the interval of dates for a scheduled task. A scheduled task is executed on the date specified in "Start Date" at the time specified in "Start Time". After a task is executed, the next task will be scheduled on the date that is calculated by using the specified interval and the date specified in "Start Date" at the time specified in "Start Time".
