Documents with User Input
Form-based documents from copier or computer are cleaned of blank pages. Users are prompted to fill in detected fields during or after capture. The file is then sent to your selected cloud location, with the entered data saved as metadata or a CSV file, depending on the cloud service.
Step 1
Make sure that the settings for the cloud storage you want to use are already configured.
For setup instructions, please refer to Connect with Cloud Services .
Step 2
Click the Configure button of this template.
Step 3
Configure the settings for the cloud storage destination, then click on Next.
Step 4
Upload a sample document.
Step 5
After the AI analyzes the sample document, a list of extractable items will be displayed. Find and select the items you want to extract, then click on Finish.
Step 6
You will see that the settings for MFP Scan, PC Local File, Form, Document Split, Blank Page Removal, Extracted Data Validation, Cloud Storage, and General Settings have already been configured. Make any changes if needed.
Step 7
Click the Save button to save the application settings.
