Cloud Storage

Note

To integrate this feature into the application workflow, you must first configure the settings for each cloud storage service individually.

Details

This function stores the documents in a cloud service. Supported Cloud services are as shown below.

SharePoint

OneDrive for Business

Configuration section for OneDrive for Business.

OneDrive

Configuration section for OneDrive.

Google Drive

Configuration section for Google Drive.

Docuware

Configuration section for Docuware.

When the service is changed, the current settings related to the service will be reset. Settings can be restored by reloading the page.

If 'Route' is changed from 'Cloud Storage' to 'Scan to Email', the existing jobs in the confirmation list will use the latest change of 'Scan to Email' and vice versa.

But if only service or its configuration is changed in the existing 'Store to Cloud Service' setting, the new settings will not be applied for the existing jobs in the confirmation list.
