Capturing Local Documents on your PC

Open an application

1. Go to the RICOH user site.

2. Select RSI LogicFlow.

3. Find and select an application that can handle local files on users' PC. If there are many applications or you cannot determine the desired one from the name, you may need to ask the administrator for the name of the application.

Capture your documents

1. Confirm Send from PC is selected on the left side.

2. Click Local File to upload your pdf files.

3. When the application you are using extracts strings or numbers in a document, a setting box may appear to confirm the results of the extraction. If the extracted results are incorrect or the required fields are blank, please correct them.

   • If there is a Confirm Later button, you can confirm and correct the extracted items later from your PC's web browser.

4. Check each setting item. The setting items differ for each application process.

5. Click Send Now. The application will process your pdf file.

Note:

If you select ‘Confirm Later,’ the document will not be sent immediately. Please follow the steps below to confirm the contents on your PC's web browser before sending the document.

1. Select Confirmation List.

2. Confirm, correct, or add information to the items extracted.

3. Click Send Now to send the document.
