Troubleshooting

This page provides the possible cause of an issue and helps to identify the cause or solution while using RSI LogicFlow application.

User has performed the 'Send now' operation and the status in the Job Log is 'Completed' but no document has been delivered to the selected destination.

The submitted file is not compliant with the workflow configured in RSI LogicFlow.
The workflow configured in RSI LogicFlow has removed all pages from the submitted file (e.g. one-page file submitted and 'remove last page' enabled, or multi-page file submitted, but workflow splits file into multiple one-page files and 'remove first page' is enabled).

Check the document is compliant with the workflow configured.
Make sure that the configured workflow has not removed all the pages.

User has selected the 'Confirm Later' operation but no document is shown in the 'Confirmation List'.

The submitted file is not compliant with the workflow configured in RSI LogicFlow.
The workflow configured in RSI LogicFlow has removed all pages from the submitted file (e.g. one-page file submitted and 'remove last page' enabled, or multi-page file submitted, but workflow splits file into multiple one-page files and 'remove first page' is enabled).

Check the document is compliant with the workflow configured.
Make sure that the configured workflow has not removed all the pages.

User cannot find their job sent in the job log or their jobs are not saved to the target destination.

The following possibilities can be considered.

  1. Extracted Data Validation is not set as intended.

  2. The user is unaware of how jobs are sent after pressing the ‘Confirm Later’ or ‘Send Now’ button on the MFP or web browser execution screen.

  1. Verify that Extracted Data Validation is configured as intended for the app in Admin mode.

  2. Inform users that ‘Send Now’ button will immediately send the job, but ‘Confirm Later’ button requires confirmation in PC app.

Note:

  • Users who processed the job using ‘Confirm Later’ can log in to the RSI Portal with their account, select the LogicFlow app used, and confirm and send the job from the Confirmation List.

  • Even if the job was processed using “Confirm Later” on the MFP, it is necessary to confirm and send the job via the PC web browser following the above steps.

During preview, dates are displayed in a incorrect format.

The OS and/or the browser are configured using a language that uses a different locale (e.g., MM/DD/YYYY instead of DD/MM/YYYY).

Check the OS and browser language settings.
Make sure that selected language has the correct locale.
