Connect with Cloud Services 

To save documents to cloud storage services such as OneDrive, SharePoint, or Google Drive, you need to configure the settings for each service individually.

There are two types of applications that use external cloud storage services for printing and scanning:

Applications where all users in your tenant use the same shared folder.
The names of these applications do not include ‘My,' such as 'Scan to Google Drive’.

Configuration by an administrator is required

#2

Applications where each user uses their own folder.

The names of these applications include ‘My,’ such as ‘Scan to My Google Drive.’

Configuration by an administrator is not required
