Mailroom Scans with Email Distribution

Scanned documents from copiers are split wherever a separator page appears. Each separator page contains a barcode with an email address. After removing blanks and separators, each document is sent to the corresponding address, ideal for basic digital mailroom operations.

Step 1

Make sure that the settings for the cloud storage you want to use are already configured.

For setup instructions, please refer to Connect with Cloud Services .

Step 2

Click the Configure button of this template.

Step 3

You will see that the settings for MFP Scan, Document Split, Blank Page Removal, Barcode, Page Removal, Extracted Data Validation, Email, and General Settings have already been configured. Make any changes if needed.

Step 4

Click the Save button to save the application settings.
